These Terms govern your access to and use of Sende.org services, including the Sende Private Messenger app on all platforms and the Sende website (collectively, the “Services”), as well as all content uploaded or appearing on the Services.

By using the Services, you agree to these Terms and form a binding agreement with JULC Limited.
If you use the Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind the entity to these Terms.
3. PRIVACY AND DATA USE

4. USE OF SERVICES
The Services are designed to facilitate private and secure communication without requiring personal identifiers like phone numbers or email addresses.
We use advanced encryption to ensure secure messaging, but we are not responsible for interception or decryption by advanced technologies.
5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and device.
The Services are intended for legal, authorised, and acceptable purposes only.
6. CONTENT AND CONDUCT
You own your content and are responsible for it.
You agree not to use the Services in ways that harm Sende.org, its users, or third parties.

Use of third-party services through Sende.org is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies
8. DISCLAIMERS AND LIMITATIONS
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties. JULC Limited is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or punitive damages.
9. CHANGES TO TERMS
Sende.org may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
10. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cayman Islands Disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in Cayman Islands.
